Location: We hire with a focus on Dubai and Europe. For this role, we prefer candidates who are either based in Dubai or working remotely within +/- 4 hours GST time.
1inch is looking for a Creative Content Manager, focussed on Social Media, to work with our Social Media team on campaigns across social channels, as well as contribute to wider content creation and strategy.
This job will suit someone good with language, used to working independently and finding their place within a fluid team, hot on detail and comfortable with technical concepts, and who can build their own approach to a structured brief that still offers room to grow.

Responsibilities
- What’s the job?
- Creative + content + manager:
- You contribute ideas
- You produce content
- You manage its delivery
- In detail, that means:
- We're looking for an SMM-first creative who is good at channel management, data-driven, and able to produce clear and quantifiable results.
- You'll work with our Social Media Strategist on high-impact activities that resonate with a tech-savvy Web3 audience - across both b2c and b2b.
- You’ll write and create for a range of channels, including X, LinkedIn, TikTok, our blog and other outputs. And you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and tracking of some of these channels, too.
- Your most important contribution will come from the quality of your content. That means you need to have a great standard of written English (that doesn’t rely on an LLM, because LLMs still don’t sound like people).
- You will also have the video production skills to create TikTok content independently - and the community management skills to manage replies and a wider conversation.
- You need some knowledge and understanding of Web3 as a technology and culture, as well as DeFi itself. That doesn’t mean you have to be a degen, or speak in crypto slang - just that you already get the territory. We can support a (short) learning curve, as long as you're able to own it - and do the work to get up to speed with the technology, our voice and our values.
- Finally: you need to be a flexible collaborator, able to build the relationships you need to deliver your work within and outside your immediate team, and adapt to change and uncertainty.
- What does that mean? This is a new industry - big news comes along regularly - and our tech is evolving rapidly. We all need to keep up.
- It also means that we take seriously our responsibilities to each other: to communicate clearly, share our expectations and help out when something needs to happen fast.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Social Media Marketing, including 2+ years specifically in tech, Web3, or crypto industries
- Proven track record managing and growing social media channels (X, Discord, Telegram, etc.) for Web3 projects or startups
- Demonstrated success in running data-driven social media campaigns
- Experience in community management and building online communities
- Familiarity with influencer marketing in the Web3 space
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex Web3 concepts
- Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Ability to create engaging, educational, and platform-appropriate content
- Skilled at measuring performance and optimizing strategy based on insights
