Location: We prioritise candidates who are based in Dubai then consider those working remotely in one of our European Hub Locations (UK, Spain or Germany).
We are looking for multiple Product Managers, to take a strategic role in defining and overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our product portfolio. They will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure the development of innovative, market-leading products that align with business goals and user needs. This position offers a chance to influence the company's success through impactful product management.
Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product domain
- Balance short-term priorities with long-term product and business strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders across org units (POs, engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business goals
- Mentor and manage the product management team to achieve excellence in execution
- Advocate for user-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyse market trends and user feedback to inform product strategies
- Drive innovation and ensure product portfolios meet performance and adoption targets
Requirements:
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Product manager or similar role
- Deep expertise in product management with a strong understanding of user-centric design
- Demonstrated ability to align product strategy with business objectivesStrong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing product management teams
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across organisational units, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skillsTrack record of delivering market-leading products with strong performance metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, retention, ARPU)
- Fluency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
Skills:
- Capacity to lead and mentor product teams while aligning product strategy with business objectives.
- Deep expertise in product management with a strong focus on user-centric design principles.
- Ability to work effectively across various organisational units, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Skill to deliver market-leading products and a strong grasp of performance metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, retention, ARPU).
- Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
