Location: We prioritise candidates who are based in Dubai then consider those working remotely in one of our European Hub Locations (UK, Spain or Germany).
As a Digital Marketing Manager focused on Digital Growth, this role is less about broad brand awareness and more about measurable user acquisition and conversion. As a key part of 1inch's Digital & Growth team you will work closely with Brand, Product, and BD and act as the engine behind the company’s expansion, using data-driven performance marketing to scale the user base. Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position sits at the intersection of product and performance, requiring you to turn complex Web3 product launches into high-converting paid ads, lifecycle emails, and strategic growth partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Paid Growth: Run and optimise multi-channel ad campaigns to scale user acquisition.
- Performance Analysis: Track and improve campaign ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Plan and execute automated email campaigns for product updates and retention.
- KOL Coordination: Manage influencer activations and track the output of key creators.
- Partnership Activation: Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities and paid media placements.
- Project Ownership: Maintain end-to-end timelines, deliverables, and documentation in Confluence.
- Cross-Team Synergy: Align with Brand, Product, and BD teams to support major integrations
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in digital/growth marketing, preferably within Web3 or tech.
- Paid Media Mastery: Proven track record of running and scaling successful paid ad campaigns.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with email automation platforms like Mailchimp, Brevo, or Hubspot.
- Analytics Focus: Skilled in using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or Dune.
- Project Management: Strong ability to coordinate complex deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Execution Mindset: A hands-on approach with high levels of accountability and attention to detail.
- Async Collaboration: Comfortable working independently within a global, remote-first structure.
- Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal English skills for internal reporting.

- Data-Driven Strategy: Ability to translate raw performance data into actionable growth tactics.
- Funnel Optimisation: Expertise in identifying and resolving friction points in the user journey.
- Stakeholder Management: Competency in aligning diverse teams toward shared growth milestones.
- Technical Writing: Ability to maintain clear, audit-ready campaign documentation and guides.
- Agile Adaptability: Capable of pivoting strategies quickly in a fast-moving market.
Nice to have's:
- DeFi Expertise: Prior experience specifically within DeFi or Web3 growth ecosystems.
- Community Growth: Experience managing ambassador or community-led marketing programmes.
- Crypto Benchmarking: Knowledge of specific performance benchmarks for cryptocurrency advertising.
- Asset Production: Experience overseeing the creation of high-performing ad creatives.
- Ecosystem Familiarity: Strong understanding of the 1inch network and its competitors.
