This role is key for telling the Aleo story publicly, communicating our technology and brand mission to developers and non-technical crypto enthusiasts. We are looking for a crypto native and creative thinker who can ingest our content strategy and develop social campaign concepts from inception to execution.

This role is fully remote, but candidates must be based in the U.S. Aleo has a New York City office for those who are located there and would like to work in the office with other team members.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and create captivating social content that’s relevant to our audience, grows our ecosystem, generates awareness, and drives traffic.

• Effectively communicate relevant information from the core team to social media channels, always looking for opportunities to tell the Aleo story in new ways.

• Engage with our ecosystem partners to promote key milestones and announcements.

• Keep a regular pulse on the crypto/blockchain space as it relates to Aleo’s core goals.

• Manage social content calendar, including posting cadence and the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.

• Utilize social media analytics to inform strategies, monitor brand sentiment, and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

What we look for in you:

• Deep understanding of the blockchain and web3 ecosystem.

• Ability to explain a technical product and tell a simple, compelling story.

• Proven experience growing social media accounts.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

• Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.

• Native or fluent English.

Nice to haves:

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of zero-knowledge technology and its use cases.

• Experience with social media management software (ex: Assembly).

Salary & Benefits

• $90,000 to $110,000 annual base plus a token package — determined through the interview process after a review of experience, knowledge, skills, as well as alignment with market data.
