In January 2023, we launched our first product, cryptocurrency-backed loans. This has provided our users with access to credit while retaining the upside in an asset class that we believe is playing a crucial role in modernizing the outdated financial infrastructure of today. Today, our customers include individuals across the country, high net worth individuals and family offices, small and medium business owners, Bitcoin miners, hedge funds, energy companies and publicly traded corporations.

This is just the initial phase of a longer journey towards becoming a single financial hub for all our users’ assets. A lot of work remains to be done to realize our mission, and we’re looking for people enthusiastic to march towards it with us. Define and scope new products alongside engineers, designers, and business stakeholders

Architect scalable services, APIs, and frontend applications

Own end-to-end execution of features — from idea to deployment and iteration

Collaborate closely with design to create clean, intuitive user experiences

Evaluate and adopt the best-fit tools, frameworks, and vendors

Develop internal tooling that accelerates our pace and increases reliability

5+ years of software development experience at a top tech company or fast-moving startup

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js (or similar frontend frameworks)

Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex projects to completion

Strong systems thinking and an ability to break down complex product problems

Excellent communicator, comfortable working across disciplines and with external partners

Passion for building in the open: rapid prototyping, iteration, and user feedback

Ownership mindset: you thrive in ambiguous environments and don’t wait to be told what to do

Strongly preferred: Experience building fintech products — lending, payments, trading, or financial data systems
