We’re looking for a Director of Institutional Sales to lead our institutional go-to-market.
The perfect hire combines an executive presence with the ability to roll your sleeves up and dive into the trenches of a fast-growth early-stage startup. You will own the institutional investor go-to-market strategy, including direct sales, pipeline development, and the overall success of our institutional relationships. You will have your finger on the pulse of what’s happening in traditional capital markets and be able to synthesize insights into actionable opportunities for product and marketing. You should love influencing decision makers, managing multiple stakeholders at large organizations and making deals happen. You should be passionate about bridging the gaps between digital assets, traditional finance, and credit and have conviction in your belief that blockchain technology can improve the financial system.
