Job Title: Product Manager
Reports to: Director of Product Management
General Purpose: Represent the business in managing Merchant Insights and Analytics product within the Location team.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that are MUST HAVE for our customers (business owners, banks and payment providers). You will join a small team in a big company and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

• Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute it.
• Provide insights and drive awareness in the organization to get products to market.
• Own the product roadmap, maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Plan and carry out product launches, create product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Own the business case - manage product profitability and commercial success.
• Provide product marketing and other stakeholders with key differentiators and messages.
• Write functional requirements - typically as user stories, acceptance criteria etc.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support the development team with any questions they may have to deliver the product.
• Define new processes and procedures to increase productivity across the group.

• Proven work experience in product management.
• Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop product and go-to-market strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Understanding of the technical development process, and the ability to author business and function requirement documentation.
• Excellent analytical, writing, communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas.
• Payments industry experience, merchant experience and API experience is a plus.
