Overview
The Customer Edge Network team is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving through project planning and delivery of technical services. The ideal candidate is passionate about collaboration and technology, the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with overall desire to drive workloads and schedules to completion.

Role
As part of the Lead Platform Engineer journey you will be involved in scoping, planning, and drive implementation of the latest network infrastructure including driving and overseeing installtion, monitoring, maintenance, support, optimisation and docuementation of all network hardware, software, connectivity, and services.

Requirements
• Advanced project planning, implementation, and delivery skills
• Strong network engineering and technology services skills
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols
• Experience with Telco / Data Center / Network / Load Balancing / and cross stream collaboration planning and implementation
