Chainway Labs is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at Citrea, Bitcoin’s First ZK Rollup.

At Citrea, our goal is to secure on-chain finance with Bitcoin. We believe that Bitcoin and its values should be scaled to serve as the standard for decentralized finance. Achieving this vision requires scaling Bitcoin with zero-knowledge proofs, ensuring on-chain verifiability and data availability within the Bitcoin network.

This approach makes Citrea the first scaling solution to enable more complex applications without compromising Bitcoin security and changing its consensus rules.

The Role

We are looking for a marketing manager with a product-oriented mindset. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that communicate Citrea’s product offerings, ecosystem, and underlying technology. You will be responsible for mapping out Citrea’s product offerings and coordinating with ecosystem partners to establish Citrea as the Bitcoin’s application layer. The ideal candidate is either crypto-native with strong technical and product understanding or someone with a strong desire to learn the technical intricacies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ecosystem and product marketing strategies that highlight Citrea’s technology, use cases and its ecosystem.
• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives developed by the broader marketing and product team.
• Create a product-focused content strategy showcasing Citrea’s unique use cases and differentiators.
• Contribute elevating Citrea’s owned channels (blog, social media, website, video) with clear, consistent messaging.
• Monitor integrations and coordinate partnership efforts to support ecosystem growth and co-marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on crafting and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and adapt accordingly.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and continuously refine strategies for improvement.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with the language and dynamics of crypto Twitter.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage marketing team.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the Bitcoin community
