This is a full-time position that is fully remote or located with the largely Seattle-based team.

The Role

You will participate in:

• Developer education
• Community outreach and communication
• Events
• Technical content development

What You Will Do

• Create technical content (tutorials, guides, sample code)
• Present at conferences and developer events (virtual and in person)
• Build and nurture developer communities
• Collect and analyze developer feedback
• Contribute to product documentation
• Create video content and live demos
• Collaborate with engineering on developer experience
• Host technical workshops and webinars
• Write technical posts
• Engage with developers on Telegram/social platforms

What You Bring

• Strong software development experience
• Strong blockchain/crypto/web3 technical knowledge
• Proven track record of technical content creation
• Public speaking experience at tech conferences
• Experience building developer communities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Open source contribution history
• Proficiency in one or multiple programming languages
• Experience with developer tools and platforms
• Strong social media capability in tech community
• Project management skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts for different audiences

The target base salary for this role will range between $145,000 to $175,000 USD. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
