We are seeking a Sales Development Representative – LATAM to help support and scale Figment’s business development efforts in Latin America.
We’re looking for someone who can streamline our sales processes, ensure CRM and pipeline accuracy, and build reporting that drives smarter decision-making. You’ll work closely with the Head of LATAM Sales and interface cross-functionally with RevOps, Product, and Legal to help us win strategic deals across the region.
This is a full-time remote position. This role is unique because it combines ownership, visibility, and impact in a fast-growing region within one of the world’s top staking infrastructure providers. If you thrive in a high-autonomy, data-driven environment where process meets crypto innovation, this role may be a great fit. Ideal candidates are resourceful, organized, and fluent in the mechanics of enterprise sales.
In addition to collaborating with other LATAM Sales team members, this role will collaborate most often with our Global Revenue Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Product & Integrations teams.
