The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

Fireblocks is seeking a world-class Executive Assistant to act as a strategic partner and force multiplier for our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)and our SVP of Sales. This is a critical, high-visibility role at the epicenter of our global revenue engine.

You will be responsible for providing seamless, high-level administrative and operational support to two of our most senior global leaders. The ideal candidate is a proactive, exceptionally organized, and forward-thinking individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and metrics-driven environment. You must be able to anticipate needs, manage complex and shifting priorities with precision, and handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion.

This is not a typical 9-to-5 administrative role; it is an opportunity to be a key player supporting the team that drives the company's exponential growth.

What You'll Do

Executive & Calendar Management:

  • Act as the "air traffic controller" for the CRO and SVP of Sales, managing two extremely demanding and complex calendars across multiple international time zones.
  • Proactively prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring executives' time is optimized for high-value activities.
  • Coordinate and manage all logistics for internal and external meetings, including C-suite staff meetings, board preparation, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive-level customer/prospect meetings.
  • Prepare and compile briefing materials, presentations, and agendas to ensure executives are fully prepared for all engagements.

Travel & Expense Coordination:

  • Manage complex global and domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation), often with last-minute changes and complex itineraries.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports for both executives.

Communication & Gatekeeping:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and professional representative for the CRO and SVP, Sales, interacting with senior leaders, major customers, partners, and board members.
  • Monitor and triage high-volume email inboxes, flagging urgent items, drafting responses on behalf of the executives, and delegating as appropriate.

Sales & Team Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of key sales organization events, such as the annual Sales Kick-Off (SKO), leadership offsites, and team-building activities.
  • Partner with the broader sales operations and enablement teams on special projects.
  • Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships for the executive sales organization.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting C-level or SVP-level executives (e.g., CRO, CEO, COO, or Head of Sales).
  • Industry: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B technology (SaaS) or financial services company is strongly preferred.
  • Tech Stack: Expert-level mastery of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and expense management tools (like Navan or Expensify) is essential.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: You thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment where priorities can change in an instant. You remain calm, composed, and positive under pressure.
  • Discretion: Unquestionable integrity and the ability to handle highly sensitive and strategic information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Communication: Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. You can communicate with clarity and confidence to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mindset: A "no task too small" attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.

We’d love for you to have financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity or crypto industry experience but it is not a requirement. We have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees.

For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $115,000 to $150,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits. While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of you deciding to join us, we do hope you also spend time considering why our mission and culture are right for you. We are creating something transformational here, and we hope you are as excited about the future as we are.

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
