Overview

Mesh is looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of the Product team, your primary role will be to work closely with customers to understand their needs ensuring our clients maximize the value of our product. This is a heavy cross-functional role and an opportunity to work closely with the Engineering, Sales and Design teams.You will play a key role in driving project timelines, managing resources, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure client needs are being met. You will report directly to the VP of Product.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing insights on product features and functionalities.
• Guide clients through the onboarding and engagement process, offering training sessions and resources to ensure they effectively utilize our products.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and sales) to manage client implementations and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making.
• Respond to client feedback on product performance and user experience, relaying insights to the product team for continuous improvement.
• Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and meeting notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of project management experience.
• Crypto and/or fintech industry experience is a preferred..
• Strong understanding with crypto trading platforms and wallets.
• Knowledge of smart contracts and blockchain development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain flexible and shift priorities based on business needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Has a growth mindset and is looking to learn and grow with the Company.
