Job Overview:

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining customer relationships while increasing adoption of our API products in the crypto and fintech industries. Your primary role will be to work closely with our most strategic and high-impact platform customers, guiding them through application ideation, development, delivery, and scale to accelerate and maximize the value of what they build with our platform. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and escalations related to our APIs in the crypto and fintech industries
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers on API issues, including API integrations, error messages, and usage limits
• Assist with API implementation and onboarding for new customers
• Coordinate with customers to ensure the successful completion of API projects and customer satisfaction
• Track usage and adoption metrics. Reduce churn.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports to customers and internal stakeholders related to API usage and performance
• Participate in API development and improvement initiatives based on customer feedback
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to crypto and fintech

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2 - 5 years of experience as a software engineer, ML engineer or equivalent, ideally in a startup environment; experience as a founder or founding engineer is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with APIs
• Project management experience or the ability to manage multiple API projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with API management tools and platforms, such as Swagger or Postman
• Nice-to-have skills in crypto and fintech, including knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and financial regulations
• Node.js, Solidity, JavaScript
