About the Role

Compute is being traded as a commodity for the first time, and institutional demand has moved faster than the market expected. You will orchestrate transaction volume across our trading and data products and own coverage of the institutions entering our asset class.

What You'll Do

• Own Ornn's institutional relationships across hedge funds, bank trading desks, credit funds, and infrastructure investors, moving them from first conversation to active participation.
  
  

• Translate compute into the language institutions already price, including basis, curve, volatility, collateral, and structure.
  
  

• Build institutional adoption through credibility and rigor, and carry market feedback back into what Ornn builds.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

• 4+ years in markets, structured finance, credit, or private capital, close to how instruments are priced, structured, or traded.
  
  

• Fluency in the language of institutional finance, with the credibility to hold a substantive conversation with a portfolio manager, structurer, or credit investor.
  
  

• A track record of earning trust with demanding counterparties, sharp and fast with detail, and effective in ambiguity without an established playbook.
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Direct experience with commodities, derivatives, securitization, or private credit.
  
  

• A working understanding of AI infrastructure or the compute market, which we are glad to teach the right markets person.
  
  

• Existing relationships across the institutional buy side or sell side.
  
  

• Fluency in an additional languages relevant to global capital and hardware supply chains.
