🪶 You are:

A strategic and results-driven marketer with a passion for building and nurturing ecosystems. You have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and are able to craft compelling marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are always eager to innovate and lead.

🪶 Overall Responsibilities

Engage with ecosystem partners to understand their product roadmap needs and ensure they have the resources to succeed with monthly check-ins
Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Plume’s ecosystem, including RWAs and technology partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that highlight the benefits of Plume’s platform.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

🪶 Within 1 month, you should expect to…

Familiarize yourself with our brand, ecosystem, and current marketing strategies.
Begin developing relationships with ecosystem partners and understand their marketing needs.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on initial marketing campaigns.

🪶 Within 3 months, you should expect to…

Have a comprehensive understanding of our ecosystem and marketing strategies.
Be fully integrated into our marketing processes and leading key marketing initiatives.
Be driving significant engagement and growth within the Plume ecosystem.

🪶 Qualifications

4+ years of experience in marketing at a reputable Web3 startup or a large tech company, with a focus on ecosystem or partner marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the RWA space.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree in a related field must have an exceptional work history.
You must pass three rounds of interviews:
One phone interview with our Chief Marketing Officer.
One-hour phone screen with a member of Plume’s Marketing team.
One final round with our CEO and CBO.
