🪶 You are:

A Growth Leader who loves to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for crypto ecosystems, executing high-impact growth strategies across partnerships, community initiatives, and IRL activations. This hands-on role requires deep familiarity with crypto and Web3 ecosystems, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable growth.

🪶 Overall Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of growth initiatives in collaboration with internal/external contributors including social media campaigns, partnership marketing, and community to grow our presence

  • Conduct deep analysis of our current trends and identify growth opportunities using qualitative and quantitative data

  • Uncover and execute on new opportunities to accelerate growth

  • Take part in wider company efforts with whatever it takes to move the needle

🪶 Qualifications

  • Proven track record in executing Web3 growth strategies

  • Deep understanding of crypto user behavior, community dynamics, and digital asset markets

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
