Role Overview:

As an Implementation Engineer, you will be the bridge between our product and our clients, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions. You will work closely with clients, internal developers, and product teams to configure, deploy, and troubleshoot API-based implementations while educating them on banking flows and regulations. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, fintech experience, and excellent communication skills. Having an owner’s mindset and working with a sense of urgency will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and guide them through API integrations.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, debug API requests, and provide technical support.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to improve integration processes and identify areas for product enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including API guides and best practices.
  • Assist in testing and validating integrations to ensure they meet security and compliance standards.
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client implementation experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in fintech or financial services technology, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges. Payments experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years enterprise level client facing experience
  • Developer experience with scripting or coding (Python, JavaScript, or similar languages).
  • Technical proficiency in working with APIs (REST, Webhooks) and experience integrating third-party services.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.) and data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
