🙌🏼 What you will be doing

We’re building an A-star sales team and seeking a Senior Partnerships Executive to supercharge Ramp's sales efforts across the blockchain ecosystem. You will be approaching new potential partners, nurturing warm leads, preparing business cases, and, of course, closing deals. You’ll hunt for new opportunities and actively explore untapped market possibilities by engaging with brands that have yet to enter the blockchain arena, all while developing practical applications for the future of Web3.

🧩 What you will be working on

  • Forging strategic partnerships by identifying, negotiating, and securing alliances with key players in the industry, including cryptocurrency exchanges, digital wallets, gaming platforms, fintech organisations, and other pertinent entities.
  • Utilising established networks and relationships to orchestrate introductions and set up meetings with potential partners and clients, facilitating growth opportunities.
  • Designing tailored business proposals and presentations to captivate and engage prospective partners, effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Staying on top of of the latest trends in the industry and proactively identify new market opportunities to fuel the company's expansion.
  • Leading negotiations, overcoming obstacles, and successfully closing deals, demonstrating resilience and strategic thinking.
  • Taking charge of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and maintaining exemplary standards in CRM practices, with a focus on utilising HubSpot for optimal efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate and adhere to best practices, especially when engaging with new and emerging partner profiles.
  • Continuously updating and refining sales collateral and resources to enhance deal closures, ensuring materials are aligned with current strategies and market demands.

🤟🏻What you will bring

  • A minimum of two years of experience within a cryptocurrency or web3-focused organization is required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in sales or a closely related commercial role, demonstrating a strong understanding of full-sales cycle revenue generation.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing large-scale B2B enterprise transactions valued at $100k or more, on a global scale.
  • Solid experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, technology, and marketing, to achieve business objectives.
  • Independence: In our rapidly evolving environment, the ability to operate autonomously and with initiative is essential. We value team members who can navigate the fast pace without constant guidance.
  • Resourcefulness: We seek individuals who approach problems with innovative solutions, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.

  • Proven experience in operating within the B2B2C sector, showcasing an understanding of the dynamics between businesses and end consumers in a tech-focused ecosystem.
  • Adaptability in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with a proven capability to respond flexibly to market demands and evolving business priorities.
  • A strong passion for the cryptocurrency sector, coupled with a solid understanding of blockchain technology fundamentals. You should be comfortable engaging in discussions about the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency space.
