Introduction
We are looking for a Corporate Finance Associate to join our team and support the company’s capital markets strategy and strategic growth initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of fundraising, investor relations, and corporate development, working closely with senior leadership on initiatives ranging from capital raising to strategic transactions. This position is ideal for someone with experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or high growth technology companies who is comfortable operating in a fast paced environment and engaging with global investors and partners.
Responsibilities
Capital markets preparation and execution
- Support the preparation and execution of capital raising initiatives, including investor outreach, coordination with investment banks, diligence processes, and transaction execution
- Develop investor materials such as pitch decks, financial models, and diligence packages to support fundraising processes
- Serve as a key point of coordination with the investment community, helping manage investor relationships and responding to inquiries
- Develop and refine RedotPay’s investor narrative, ensuring consistent and high quality messaging across presentations, DDQs, and related materials
- Track market conditions, capital markets activity, and developments across the digital asset and payments ecosystem while synthesizing investor feedback to inform strategy
Corporate development
- Work closely with executive leadership and cross functional teams including legal, finance, and operations to evaluate and execute strategic initiatives such as M&A, joint ventures, and partnerships
- Conduct financial and commercial analysis to assess strategic opportunities and potential deal value
- Build and maintain financial models to support global strategic expansion, including market entry analysis and investment evaluation
- Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities and present insights to management
- Prepare internal materials and analysis to support strategic decision making and transaction evaluation
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, management consulting, or a strategy or analyst role at a technology company
- BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to develop clear investment memos and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Native or near native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials and presenting insights to senior management and cross functional stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes in a fast paced environment
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise recommendations to support strategic decision making
- Collaborative team player who can think creatively, multitask effectively, and learn quickly in a high growth environment
