Position Summar
yWe seek a highly analytical, driven, and strategically minded M&A and Investment Manager to join our elite investment team. This individual will play a pivotal role in originating, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and executing complex transactions across the M&A and strategic investment landscape. - esDeal Origination & Screening: Proactively identify and assess potential M&A targets, joint venture partners, and minority investment opportunities aligned with the firm’s strategic blueprint. Build and maintain a robust pipeline through market analysis, networking, and engagement with investment banks, advisors, and industry leader
- s.Financial Analysis & Valuation: Lead all aspects of financial due diligence and valuation. Build complex, flexible financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, merger consequences) to evaluate transaction economics, synergies, and returns. Prepare detailed valuation analyses using comparable company, precedent transaction, and other relevant methodologie
