The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to provide direct support to the Company Secretary of the Group and the broader Legal team in our fast-growing crypto fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance & Compliance: Handle company secretarial duties for HK and offshore entities (e.g., BVI). Ensure compliance with the HK Companies Ordinance, BVI legislation, and other regulations. Maintain statutory registers.
  • Board & Shareholder Support: Organize Board meetings, prepare agendas, draft resolutions, take minutes, and ensure proper documentation of decisions.
  • Records Management: Maintain and secure all corporate documents (constitutional documents, minutes, resolutions). Proactively track and monitor statutory filing deadlines across jurisdictions.
  • Regulatory Filings: Assist in the preparation and timely filing of statutory documents with authorities in HK, BVI, and other jurisdictions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general support to the Legal Department, including preparing bank account documentation and performing ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Student or Graduate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI).
  • Relevant company secretarial experience, ideally from a listed company or professional firm.
  • Solid knowledge of the HK Companies Ordinance and filing requirements.
  • High integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Fresh Graduates are very welcomed
