Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital currency acquiring solutions across both online and offline payment scenarios.
- Collaborate across teams to drive product implementation, monitor product performance, continuously enhance customer experience, and achieve scalable business results.
- Combine product capabilities, business scenarios, and ecosystem partner strengths to design sustainable business models and develop healthy ecosystem strategies.
- Identify customer needs and industry trends in Web3 payments, and design acquiring products based on a deep understanding of customer business models.
- Work location: Shenzhen or Hong Kong (near border).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in the Web3 payment industry. Familiarity with mainstream centralized and decentralized wallets, network protocols, and consensus mechanisms. Experience in acquiring industry solutions is preferred.
- Strong focus on user experience, commercial mindset, and data sensitivity. Ability to independently drive product implementation, with proven track record of successful commercial products preferred.
- Broad vision and self-driven continuous learning. Strong business acumen with thoughtful perspectives on industry development models and trends, able to proactively identify product improvement opportunities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of solving complex problems.
- Good command of English communication skills.
