Senior Card Product Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and optimization of global payment card products (including virtual and physical cards), and develop product roadmaps and feature iteration plans tailored to overseas markets.
- Conduct in-depth research on credit card issuance, payment solutions, and fintech market trends and user needs; identify product opportunities, optimize payment transaction processes, improve transaction success and authorization rates, and reduce declines and failures.
- Ensure products comply with global payment industry regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, KYC, AML, GDPR) and meet cross-border payment regulatory requirements in different regions.
- Engage and negotiate with BIN Sponsors and payment processors to drive global card business implementation, ensuring compliance and transaction stability.
- Design and implement payment risk control strategies, including fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and rule setting, to ensure transaction security. Use data analytics to monitor transaction volumes, user behavior, and market trends, optimize fee structures, enhance profitability, and drive user growth and transaction volume.
- Collaborate closely with technology, operations, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality product launches and continuous optimization.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a 211/985 university in China or a QS Top 100 university globally.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment, card, or fintech product management. Experience in large-scale fintech companies or banking payment systems preferred; large-scale card issuance experience is a plus; proven success in credit card products or related financial services is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay ecosystems, with practical experience in BIN Sponsor and processor partnerships.
- Deep understanding of payment card transaction processing, authorization, clearing, and settlement mechanisms.
- Experience in payment risk control and fraud management, with the ability to design and optimize risk control strategies. Strong data analysis skills to optimize transaction strategies and growth models.
- Knowledge of payment industry compliance requirements, including PCI-DSS, KYC, AML, GDPR, and cross-border payment regulations.
- Fluent in English, capable of seamless communication with global partners, with awareness of different market cultures and legal frameworks.
