The Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Channel Success Specialist to own and nurture the post-onboarding journey of our key channel partners. This role is pivotal in transforming partnerships into powerful growth engines. You will be the primary advocate for our partners, ensuring they achieve their business goals with our solutions, leading to increased revenue, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic channel partners.
- Growth & Revenue Optimization: Develop and execute joint business plans to accelerate partner-driven sales, increase product adoption, and identify new revenue opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
- Onboarding & Enablement: Guide new partners through a structured onboarding process, ensuring they are fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and marketing collateral to sell and support our products effectively.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key partner performance metrics (e.g., referral volume, activation rates, revenue, support tickets). Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Product & Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of our payment product suite, competitive landscape, and industry trends to advise partners strategically.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to advocate for partner needs, relay feedback, and ensure a seamless partner and end-merchant experience.
- Renewals & Retention: Proactively manage partner satisfaction and contract renewals, mitigating churn risk and solidifying long-term strategic alliances.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in partner/channel success, account management, or customer success roles within fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
- Payments Expertise: Strong understanding of payment processing ecosystems, including payment gateways, acquiring, settlement flows, and POS integrations. Familiarity with payment APIs, transaction flows, and technical onboarding is highly valued.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid grasp of B2B partnership models and how payment solutions integrate with merchant and partner platforms.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and partner portal platforms.
- Data-literate with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Direct experience with payment APIs, SDKs, or technical integration support.
- Background in crypto payments, digital wallets, or blockchain-based financial services.
- Experience with co-marketing initiatives and partner-led campaigns in the payments space.
