Overview
We are seeking three Heads of AI Engineering to build and lead R&D teams across three strategic tracks: AI-Native R&D, AI Payment Innovation, and Intelligent Customer Service Automation. We believe AI will evolve from assistive tools to autonomous systems: AI generating the majority of code, AI Agents independently initiating and negotiating payments, and AI systems autonomously resolving customer issues. You will possess both engineering architecture capabilities and AI application delivery experience, building teams from scratch, designing systems, and driving products to market.
Track 1: Head of AI-Native R&D
Build a pure AI-Native R&D team and establish company-wide AI R&D systems, achieving 80%+ AI-generated code.
Responsibilities
- Drive AI-powered workflows across product managers (PRD generation, competitive analysis), frontend (APP), backend (Java), and testing (automated testing)
- Design company-wide AI-first engineering frameworks, introduce tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and establish standardized template libraries and prompt guidelines
- Build Agent systems for code generation, code review, bug analysis, and security scanning, achieving full AI-enabled workflow from requirements to design to development to testing to release
- Establish internal code knowledge bases (RAG), and define AI usage standards, security protocols (code security and encrypted payment security), and code quality metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years in Java/APP/full-stack development with architecture capabilities
- Proficient in at least two AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Vibe Coding, prompt engineering, and Agent workflows; familiar with RAG, vector databases, or LangChain; proven LLM application delivery
- Solid software engineering foundation; understanding of software security and data privacy
Track 2: Head of AI Payment Innovation
Drive deep integration of AI and Web3 payments, building next-generation AI-native payment infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Intent-Based Payment: Build intent-driven payment execution layer where AI automatically interprets user intent, integrates intelligent routing, and completes credit card, remittance, exchange, and consumption scenarios
- AI-Native Payment Architecture: Design systems supporting x402 protocol, building API-level micropayments, M2M automated payments, AI Agent automatic API calling and payment, and Payment-as-Access, enabling AI to autonomously consume API resources
- Agent-to-Agent Payment System: Build systems for AI Agent autonomous settlement, revenue sharing models, AI autonomous negotiation and settlement, and Machine Economy settlement layers
- Account Abstraction and Smart Wallets: AI-controlled wallet strategies with automatic limit and risk rule enforcement, DeFi protocol interaction, automatic yield distribution, and reinvestment strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years Java backend development with architecture capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Vibe Coding, prompt engineering, and Agent workflows; familiar with RAG, vector databases, or LangChain; proven LLM application delivery
- Deep understanding of Web3 payment systems (L1/L2/Rollups/Bridges), smart contract and on-chain execution experience, familiar with on-chain/off-chain risk modeling
- Ability to independently drive execution from technology to product to market
Track 3: Head of Intelligent Customer Service and Automation
Build company-wide AI intelligent customer service systems, achieving 70-90% automation of customer service issues, creating "actionable problem-solving intelligent customer service systems."
Responsibilities
- Design multi-layer intelligent customer service architecture (FAQ layer + business operations layer + risk control interaction layer), build RAG knowledge bases with vector retrieval, implement intent recognition and automatic routing
- Build automated resolution capabilities: covering transaction troubleshooting, remittance status queries, refund initiation, KYC guidance, risk control processes, account anomaly handling, etc., with AI calling backend APIs to complete business actions
- Build multi-Agent systems: FAQ Agent, transaction query Agent, risk control interaction Agent, complaint escalation Agent, anti-fraud interaction Agent, replacing frontline customer service and establishing Human-in-the-loop mechanisms
- Build customer service evaluation systems: user ratings, first response time metrics, and continuous product experience optimization
Requirements
- 5+ years Java backend development with architecture capabilities

- Familiar with Function Calling and API integration systems
- Experience with customer service systems or SaaS products; data closed-loop optimization capabilities
