Reconciliation Engineer / Risk & Finance Tech

We are looking for talented engineers to join our team and help build high‑performance settlement, reconciliation, and risk control systems.
What you’ll do:
- Build and optimize core systems (Java, microservices, distributed transactions).
- Design and implement complex reconciliation logic across multiple channels (wallets, banks, exchanges).
- Translate risk control strategies into executable code and dashboards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data issues using SQL and Python.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of Java development experience, or a solid background in finance/risk control with strong SQL/Python skills.
- Familiarity with reconciliation processes, financial systems, or risk management.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with middleware (Redis, Kafka/RocketMQ) is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience handling large‑scale transaction systems.
- Knowledge of accounting basics or prior finance/risk control exposure.
- Familiarity with big data tools (Flink/Spark).
