Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with payment institutions, fintech companies, liquidity providers, and licensed entities to expand fiat on-ramps and off-ramps
  • Drive global payout and send business by adding new currency corridors, allowing users to send stablecoins and receive local fiat quickly and at low cost into accounts or e-wallets
  • Lead expansion into new currencies and regions by securing local payment rails and improving liquidity for the multi-currency wallet
  • Support the growth of crypto-backed loan products through partnerships for better collateral management and multi-currency liquidity
  • Work closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Treasury teams to ensure all partnerships and expansions meet regulatory requirements (AML/CFT and virtual asset licensing)
  • Expand in key regions (APAC, Latin America, EMEA, Africa, etc.) by launching new payout corridors and negotiating better commercial terms and liquidity support
  • Monitor regulatory changes, competitors, and market trends to shape partnership and currency expansion strategy
  • Represent the company with institutional partners and potentially lead a small FIBD teams

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in financial institutions or payment business development, preferably in cross-border payouts, multi-currency operations, stablecoin solutions, or fiat on/off-ramps
  • Proven track record in negotiating partnerships that add new currencies or corridors
  • Good understanding of global payout systems, multi-currency wallets, fiat on/off-ramp mechanisms, and liquidity management
  • Experience with crypto-backed loans or collateralized liquidity is a plus
  • Familiarity with virtual asset regulations, AML, and cross-border transfers in multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel for partnership development and market entry
