Overview

We are looking for an experienced Channel Product Manager in the payment domain. You will be responsible for building core payment capabilities by connecting with global payment institutions, aggregators, and banks, ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant pay-in and pay-out channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of payment channel integration: research, onboarding, testing, and launch.
• Design product solutions and write PRDs for payment flows across different regions, optimizing checkout experience and settlement efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize channel performance (success rate, latency, cost) through technical improvements and collaboration with business teams.
• Work closely with compliance, risk, legal, and engineering teams to ensure regulatory alignment and efficient delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payment channel integration; experience with leading payment providers is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of pay-in (acquiring/recharge) and pay-out (payout/withdrawal) processes.
• Familiarity with global payment products (card payments, local wallets, APMs) and settlement logic.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills; basic speaking/listening ability for daily communication.
• Strong logical thinking, data sensitivity, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Location: Hong Kong (on-site).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Web3 payments or stablecoin pay-in/pay-out.
• Knowledge of cross-border payments and FX processing.
• Practical channel experience in Southeast Asia, Latin America, or Europe.
