Job Description

We are looking for a globally minded, hands-on Product Manager to join our Card Product Team. You will be responsible for creating premium mobile financial experience by streamlining complex business processes, optimizing user interactions, and applying data-driven growth strategies to drive continuous product evolution at a million-user scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development planning, strategic design, and implementation of a card app serving millions of overseas users, continuously refining the user experience to boost key metrics such as card transaction volume and user count.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, customer support, and other teams to design and deliver product solutions. Post-launch, evaluate effectiveness using data, leverage analytics tools for ongoing monitoring and iteration, and support business scaling.
  • Organize and continuously optimize SOPs for key card processes: card issuance, binding, authorization, settlement, refunds, and Visa Direct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of product management experience in the Fintech field.
  • Experience iterating on products with millions of DAU or cumulative user base, capable of addressing UX challenges in high-concurrency scenarios.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Strong logical thinking, relentless pursuit of interaction design excellence, and proficiency in tools like Figma/SQL.
  • Continuous learning mindset, able to quickly deconstruct complex user needs and translate them into product requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with overseas credit card, payment, or wallet products.
  • Familiarity with growth hacking models and proven success with viral or engagement-driven growth cases.
