Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on App Operations Expert. In this role, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations and user growth of our App's core business. Based on a deep understanding of the platform ecosystem and utilizing data-driven approaches, you will formulate and execute end-to-end user retention and activation strategies, continuously optimize the product experience, and drive sustainable growth in business scale and user activity.
Core Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle Operations & Strategy Formulation: Independently manage user touchpoint planning, build user segmentation frameworks, and develop and execute precise recall and activation strategies for users at different lifecycle stages to improve overall retention rates.
- Platform Campaign Planning & Execution: Based on business growth goals and new feature launch schedules, plan and lead in-app operational campaigns. Manage the entire process from concept design and resource coordination to performance evaluation.
- Product Experience & Conversion Optimization: Deeply analyze user pain points across payment and various business processes, collaborate with product and technical teams, and continuously drive interaction optimization and funnel iterations to enhance core business conversion rates.
- Platform Ecosystem & Content Operations: Manage core feature distribution and traffic placement within the App, ensuring an efficient traffic allocation mechanism and improving the utilization efficiency of platform resources.
- Data Analysis & Market Insights: Regularly produce core business metric analyses and competitor analysis reports, monitor industry trends in real-time, and drive operational decisions through data to support business planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the core operational liaison, maintaining highly efficient communication with marketing, customer service, and technical departments to ensure the smooth implementation of global operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in internet product operations, user operations, or platform product operations. Experience in payments, FinTech, or large-scale platform Apps is highly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Strong logical thinking and excellent data sensitivity, with the ability to extract user behavior insights from massive datasets and translate them into actionable operational initiatives.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Mandarin; capable of adapting to a globalized office environment.
- Professional Traits: Strongly "results-oriented," self-driven in a fast-paced environment, highly resilient to pressure, and equipped with complex problem-solving skills.
