Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will help develop a developer marketing strategy for growing the market share of Cosmos’ technical products, including the Interchain Stack (primarily IBC, CometBFT, and Cosmos SDK) and the Cosmos Hub. They will do so via messaging development, marketing campaign creation and execution, and product positioning.
Our ideal candidate is deeply technical and not afraid to dive into complex technologies to translate their value proposition into campaigns. They deeply care about connecting products to users and understanding the voice of the customer. This role is public-facing and will work within the ecosystem to promote products and services, representing the organization and linking messaging to product definition.
Role
- Simplify complex concepts into engaging stories that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Develop engaging and acquisition-driven campaigns to promote Cosmos’ value propositions and onboard new builders.
- Manage and coordinate the product content pipeline, facilitating across product, engineering, and creating systems of scale to maintain the community engaged and involved across each new release.
- Support marketing, and growth with key messaging and market intelligence.
Qualifications:
Required:
- +6 years of experience in technical product and developer marketing, whether inside or outside of blockchain and crypto.
- Marketing and multi-media creative experience (video, image, audio).
- Experience managing and coordinating providers.
- Experience managing marketing tooling and data reporting/analytics tools.
- Portfolio of high-impact product marketing campaigns or releases.
- Confident and fluent in English, confident as a public speaker.
- Technical confidence, highly passionate about web3.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and independence.
