Design
Your role
As the first design hire at Turnkey, you will play a pivotal role in defining our evolving product offering, including:
Set the vision for Turnkey’s user experience across both web and mobile
Work hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams to design and bring to market our developer-focused crypto applications
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across the Turnkey product
Create and manage design processes within the organization
Drive research initiatives in order to establish a deep understanding of our target client base
In the future, scale the Design org, building a world-class team of designers
What we’re looking for
5+ years of relevant design experience across web and mobile
Experience driving both individual work and managing others
Focus on how design can be used to drive value with an ability to balance scrappiness and quality
A data-forward approach to design, incorporating both user feedback and data-driven insights
Direct and open written and verbal communication
Willingness to challenge the status quo and preconceived notions of what’s possible
People who think that Web3 / cryptocurrency has the potential to radically change the world for the better and a sincere desire to help facilitate that change
Style points
Prior experience in a fintech, web3 or developer-focused startup
Actively tracking developments in the crypto ecosystem and opinionated on where it is going
