Marketing Lead
Your role
As the Marketing Lead at Turnkey, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy from the ground up. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and establish Turnkey as the go-to solution for crypto wallet infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and product roadmap
Drive user acquisition and retention through innovative growth marketing strategies
Spearhead product marketing efforts to effectively communicate our value proposition to developers and enterprises
Create and manage content marketing initiatives to establish thought leadership in the crypto space
Plan and execute event marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads
Collaborate with the product team to gather insights and shape our product positioning
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team as we scale, including immediately leading and mentoring a direct report focused on growth and product marketing
Establish key performance metrics and regularly report on marketing ROI
Stay up-to-date with crypto industry trends and adjust our marketing approach accordingly
What we’re looking for
7+ years of marketing experience
Proven track record of driving growth at a fast-growing startup
Spikes in growth and product marketing, with broad exposure to other elements of marketing like content creation, event planning, and brand development
Experience marketing API infrastructure products or other technical, developer-focused products
Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and its unique challenges
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Style points
Crypto-native with established networks in the industry
Experience working in or closely with engineering teams
Track record of successful "growth hacking" initiatives
Contributions to open-source projects or crypto communities
