Purpose of role:
This role is significant because of the sensitivity of information being dealt with as well as the level of attention to detail required for this role. The review and facilitation of payments as a part of the treasury function is one that is performed to ensure we keep delivering excellent service to our clients. This is done by ensuring the completion of fast and accurate payments for the Treasury and Commercial teams.
The Treasury PayOps Analyst is responsible for providing efficient and effective high-quality banking and payment services, which requires you to carefully review each transaction to ensure that it meets all of the company's requirements. This requires excellent attention to detail. It also requires continued communication with our partners as well as following up on outstanding, pending or disputed transactions with internal teams.
This exciting and challenging position involves extensive collaboration with the Commercial, Onboarding and Finance teams as well as other key stakeholders in the business.
In your first 30 days at Yellow Card you will: Familiarize yourself with the culture, values, and processes to align with our organisational goals and objectives. Gain proficiency in the required banking platforms to provide payment services in performing your tasks. Engage in regular discussions with the Finance and Commercial teams to gain insights into the strengths and challenges of our payment operations. Proactively address any issues or bottlenecks, contributing to a more efficient and productive work environment.
